Longest Active Winning Streaks in Region Games

Marist’s 22-game winning streak in region games ended last week when the War Eagles lost to St. Pius 10-9 in a Region 6-AAAA contest. Here are the longest active winning streaks of games that count in region standings. Note that Eagle’s Landing Christian, despite a 1-6 overall record, won its 32nd consecutive region game last week against Strong Rock Christian in 5-A. ELCA’s next opponent is No. 9 Landmark Christian. Also, Buford would have had 30 without two forfeits in 2012.

2014 GHSA Football Part II Test Study Guide – May 2014

This month’s set of questions are mostly action plays unlike the questions sent out in April 2014. Those were just statements pertaining to the rules and just to energize us for upcoming camps and the season. As with the previous set, the answers will come out in the next month’s issue; and until 2014 rule books are available, answers will be referenced to the 2013 rule book.

This is an ideal opportunity to study as a crew. Divide the questions up and then meet together to review. Saving these questions and your researched answers would be a really good idea since randomly selected questions from this group and others will comprise the 2014 Part II test >> Website: http://s128.blog
